Appliques for Baby Items

I wanted to post the scarfs I made last week, but I have yet to come up with better photos...meanwhile,
I dont know why I'm making these baby appliques, but its cute, and its fun. I was going to send some mittens ordered from me for a baby boy, and all I had was the flower applique, so I had to make something else... This is what I came up with:

I also came up with a tiny star and butterfly applique:

Those are so cute. I've been looking for things to use up scraps of Lion Suede. I was thinking maybe a flower. You are so talented!! How do you come up with these ideas?

Thanks Tina, you inspire me so much!
How I wish I was able to make these and other handmade things for my children and nieces/nephews back then. It is only now that I can spend more time on doing this.
If you have more time (several years from now), I bet you would be designing a lot of crochet and knit items yourself ;)
