Yesterday, I was surprised to receive my contributor's copy of Accord Publishing's Crochet Calendar. I wasn't expecting it this early.
This year, it contained 117 patterns. Although there are less patterns than in previous years, I can see that the quality of the designs and photos has greatly increased. I love the box design, its color and layout. Moreover, I am so pleased that the paper now is much thicker and one can remove a page and return it easily.
I haven't had the chance to look at the patterns one by one...I will be picking my favorites soon ;)
Welcome back Mimi!
ReplyDeleteDo you have some patterns submitted in this calendar?
Thanks Gene!
ReplyDeleteYes, I have two patterns...but you've all seen it already: Handy tawashi, and the Flower tawashi.
Wow! That was fast! I haven't gotten mine even. I *think* I am getting one this year. (I got the email from them...) I think I submitted the pumpking TP cover, at least. (Did you happen to see it in there?) Anyway, congratulations!
ReplyDeleteHi Tina, thanks, so good to hear from you again :)
ReplyDeleteI saw your pattern in there, its the peppermint coffee cup cozy. Btw, is it possible they have your previous address and not your current one?
I was just worrying about that this morning! I will try emailing her to see. ;) Thanks, Mimi. The people who live in our old house probably got a crochet calendar and thought, 'Huh?'... :P
