Crochet Fashion Inspirations
My latest magazine purchase :D Even if I don't knit yet, I chose to buy these. I find them more inspiring... [More info on both can be found on Ravelry. Just click on the magazine image to get to Ravelry ;)]
Btw, here are some free crochet patterns that I recently found online:
A couple of free patterns in a Crochet newsletter:
Easy Breezy Fringed Top and Tank
Ice Cream Cone Necklace
And, I found a cute little top - a free Ravelry download from designer Fashion Martina:

I go get Knit and Styles myself. A lot of magazines inspire me even though I don't knit all that great. But, I use it as inspiration.:) Try out the latest projects you found on Ravelry.:)
ReplyDeleteI love the pink top. Inspiration can come from aanywhere!
ReplyDeleteThat pink top is cute. So is the ice cream cone necklace.
ReplyDeleteIf you keep practicing, and don't try to do projects that would be too hard; you will get better at knitting. I still don't know what a lot of stuff means; but I just try to go row by row, and ask questions.
I like getting knitting mags as well for inspiration. Who knows, maybe one day I may actually knit something in them. :-)
ReplyDeleteI can see you knitting soon, Mimi! Buying the mags is the first step!
ReplyDeleteI have both magazines. Like you, before learning how to knit I would buy knit magazines for inspiration. I learned how to knit from Knitting Made Easy a great dvd tutorial.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments, ladies! I haven't decided on a knit project yet...but you've all given me inspiration :)
ReplyDeletehi mimi, were you able to bought them in Manila? I'm hoping it is, kasi I just subscribe to Interweave Crochet and Knits and I will buy them once I'm back in Manila.
ReplyDeleteHi Jinky, I bought them at P90. each at a Booksale store in SM. Those were the only ones on sale and one Crochet magazine(not Interweave) which i did not buy.
ReplyDeletethanks Mimi...I just wish when I get to back to Manila I can find some magazines...love your tawashi... :)
